Form Wellbeing is dedicated to providing accessible and inclusive training services for the mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to empower individuals through personalized and specialized training for their own individual needs because no one body is the same. We believe everyone can live fulfilling lives where your gym routine benefits your day-to-day.
We offer a comprehensive approach to wellness. You won't see the results of your work unless you have the correct nutrition and lifestyle to support your goals. We believe wellbeing is much more than going to the gym. Our 12 week plan helps you to build habits and experience a holistic lifestyle that is sustainable for the long-term not just for short-term gains.
Our Why
We have a personal journey of pain and wellness.
Our story began when Beth was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in her early 20s, leading her down a challenging path of medication and its side effects. Through a holistic approach, she discovered the power of nutrition and low-impact strength training, learning to live in harmony with her pain triggers. We’re here to guide you on your own wellness, whether you aim to reduce medication, lower blood pressure regain strength, or manage symptoms.
